Muriel Williams Battle High School is a public high school in Columbia, Missouri. We transformed an existing space into a Wall of Honor celebrating the school’s exceptional students—from fierce competitors to talented musicians and academic leaders. The system is designed to grow over time, allowing for at least 20 years of recognition. A spearhead motif drives visual momentum from left to right as new names are added annually. Plaques are set at varying depths to create visual interest and help each honoree stand out. A standardized plaque template allows school officials to easily collaborate with the fabricator for future additions.
